Problem: This area is for loading materials only, but customers were parking there because they could not see the markings.
Solution: We repainted the area so that customers can see it is a loading zone only.
Maintenance: Repaint everything every 2-3 years.
This Lowe’s in Indianapolis, IN was experiencing some problems with their line striping. This area is reserved for loading materials only. However, because the paint was so faded, customers were unaware of this and were parking in the area. This lack of clarity not only created an inconvenience and hindrance to the loading process, it also threatened the safety of both customers and employees.

Location: Lexington, KY
Problem: Cracks running through the parking lot were allowing water to get under the asphalt surface.
Solution: We put down hot asphalt crack filler to stop water from getting in.
Maintenance: Crack fill commercial parking lots every 2-4 years depending on volume of traffic.
This Walmart in Lexington, KY was suffering from deep cracks running through their parking lot. These cracks were deep enough to allow water to get under the asphalt surface. This was especially concerning because water under the asphalt surface can cause severe damage to the sub-base. If the sub-base is ruined, it can cause complete asphalt failure and lead to a costly removal and repaving process.

Problem: The parking lot was beginning to fail, and large pockets of asphalt were breaking up.
Solution: We performed a 2″ mill-and-overlay to prevent future cracking.
Maintenance: Sealcoat over new asphalt 4-5 years after initial paving to keep the parking lot looking new.
